SunGod is seeking a proactive and versatile Executive Assistant for our CEO and MD, who will also take on office and HR administrative responsibilities. This role is crucial in supporting our leadership, enhancing team efficiency, and fostering our unique company culture as we grow. You’ll be a trusted partner, ensuring operations run smoothly and that the team is set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and MD
- Ad hoc support for the wider Leadership Team
- Manage calendars, emails, and travel arrangements
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve challenges
- Manage onboarding, inductions and ongoing HR processes
- Serve as the go-to person for basic HR matters
- Support the Leadership Team with hiring needs
- Oversee logistics and management of our office space
- Organise and manage team meetings, away days, and company events
- Drive team efficiency and promote team well-being and a positive workplace environment
- Understand SunGod’s triple bottom line of people, planet and profit, and incorporate this into your role every day
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience as a PA, EA, or Office Manager in a fast-paced business environment
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proactive mindset, anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Slides, etc.)
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks
- A motivated team player who thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment

- Executive Support Experience: Proven experience providing high-level support to leadership, including managing schedules, communications, and travel arrangements.

- Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including the preparation of professional documents such as board papers, and confidence in engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- Event and Logistics Coordination: Demonstrated experience in planning and executing corporate events, overseeing office operations, and managing complex logistics.
- HR and Onboarding Proficiency: Competence in managing basic HR tasks and efficiently handling employee onboarding. Experience in designing and implementing onboarding procedures is a bonus.
- Adaptability and Learning Agility: A strong capacity to quickly learn, adapt to new challenges, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Business Acumen: A good understanding of business operations and the ability to support high-level strategic initiatives. Familiarity with start-up or scale-up environments is advantageous but not required.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Given the close collaboration with the CEO/MD and involvement in sensitive HR matters, the utmost discretion and confidentiality are mandatory.
